Dear Kate is another break-up song. This break-up was a real doozy & almost finished me off. I did some pretty despicable things that are near impossible to live down. All I can offer in apology & repentance is this little song in the form of a letter. The song features one of the great fictional rocknroll junkies of all-time: Major Tom, so I added a little bit of Bowie's Ashes to Ashes @ the end. This track is off of my first studio record: High in a Neon Dive that was recorded w the all-star band Wounded Knee: Victor Sotelo; Tom Medrano & Peter Wolf @ Wolfsound in Fresno, Ca. The album was produced by Victor Sotelo & Peter Wolf.
